Trip to the 'Jazz in the Park' event at Loggerheads

Flintshire Mind is organising a trip to the 'Jazz in the Park' event at Loggerheads Country Park on Friday 11th July.
The event starts at 7pm, music is provided by the Jazz Heralds Quintet.
Flintshire Mind has a limited number of places available to anyone with experience of mental distress.

Flying a Kite for Mental Health!

Flying a kite for mental health On Saturday 19th May 2007 Flintshire Mind Kite Flying Day Poster joined in with Mind Cymru's Fly a Kite for Mental Health Week.
Members of the Saturday Drop-in made and flew kites of various shapes and sizes. Some were more successful than others! Everyone enjoyed the day even so.
The picture on the left shows one of our members in a valiant attempt to launch a kite.
