Support us
Thanks to the generous donations of our supporters we can work to create a society that promotes and protects good mental health for all and ensure those with mental distress are always heard by those who provide mental health services in Flintshire.
A donation of £100 can mean a place on a self-help training course for someone experiencing anxiety, depression or unbearable stress – allowing them to learn to manage their condition and help themselves recover
A donation of £60 means we can run an extra event, like a meal out or a cinema visit: a lifeline for people who are socially isolated due to problems like depression, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia.
Even better, make a regular gift. A regular gift is the best way to support Flintshire Mind – it gives us the confidence to plan ahead and saves administration costs. This means that more of your money will go towards supporting people in mental distress.
£30 a month – just 99p a day – provides a counselling session for someone who has experienced bereavement, redundancy, a long term illness or disability and can help them get their life back on track.
£5 a month – 16p a day – will provide information leaflets for up to 5 people experiencing mental distress for the first time and often in desperate need of reliable information to help them come to terms with what’s happening to them.
If you’d like to support our work simply click here to donate online or send a cheque made payable to Flintshire Mind to Andrea Hurst, Flintshire Mind, Corlan, Mold Business Park, Wrexham Road, Mold, Flintshire CH7 1XP.
