Welcome to Flintshire Mind’s Out & About programme
Studies show that feeling isolated is bad for our well-being. Flintshire Mind’s answer is Mind Out and About: a series of informal activities in and around Flintshire. All our groups are small, friendly and led by experienced staff and volunteers — whatever you choose you can be sure of a warm welcome. Simply book and go!

Film & Theatre Night
The first Tuesday of each month is a chance to catch up with the latest releases, with a trip to either Clwyd Theatr Cymru or Cine-world in Chester.

Eating out and about
If you enjoy a good meal out in friendly company then join us as we eat our way around Flintshire! We’ll be rooting out the best dining deals on the third Tuesday of every month.

Discovery Days
Explore North Wales and North West England on one of our relaxed days out. Our friendly and easy-going day trips will introduce you to some of the area’s little known gems.

Mold Strolls
Get some gentle exercise on one of our relaxed guided walks. Led by walk leaders from Walkabout Flintshire, you’ll explore the history and natural history of Mold and the surrounding countryside. Comfortable clothing and flat shoes recommended.

Flintshire Mind is working towards good mental health for everyone in Flintshire with information on all aspects of mental health. We also run a friendly drop-in with information, activities and massage therapy each Saturday between 1pm and 4pm at the English Methodist Church, Wrexham Road, Mold.
