Out & About - events and activities
Studies show that feeling isolated is bad for our well-being. Flintshire Mind’s answer is Mind Out and About: a series of informal social activities in and around Flintshire. All our groups are small, friendly and led by experienced staff and volunteers – whatever you choose you can be sure of a warm welcome.
