We’re North East Wales Mind. We help Flintshire and Wrexham people recover from mental health problems and stay emotionally healthy.
Although we can’t be with you in person right now we’re still here to support you over the phone and online. You can email [email protected] or give us a ring on 01352 974430. Our lines are open between 10am and 4pm each weekday. As well as telephone counselling and emotional support we’re working hard to bring you a range of online services and activities. That means over 59,000 people in Flintshire and Wrexham are likely to be affected this year alone. If you (or one of your family or friends) are among them, you’ve come to the right place.
Our first online yoga and relaxation class went really well – here’s what one of the participants had to say:

Self-isolation and the uncertainly of how long it will last,
Being physically separated from my family, children and grandchildren,
The worry of being in that “over 70” vulnerable group
