Need information and support? Flintshire Mind can help with our friendly, welcoming and informal Saturday drop-in. You can: Get information on all aspects of mental health Relax with a therapeutic massage Find a listening ear and get support from friendly staff and volunteers Make new friends, and build up your confidence Join activities from walking to cinema visits Enjoy FREE refreshments including tea & coffee, fresh fruit and home-made cakes Keep up-to-date through papers, magazines and FREE internet access

How to find The Saturday Drop-in The Saturday Drop-in is held at English Methodist Church.
Use the rear entrance, round to the right of the building. The Drop-in is the through the large door, please ring the bell if the door is locked. It will be at the same time as ever (1pm - 4pm).
