About Flintshire Mind
Flintshire Mind is a registered charity affiliated to National Mind.

Flintshire Mind is based at Ty'r Binwydden, Mold. It is run by a committee of volunteers and employs 3 part time staff.

 

We aim to:

  • Promote mental health.
  • Improve public knowledge of mental health issues.
  • Demonstrate good practice in the development of mental health services.
  • Uphold the rights and represent the interests of people who experience mental distress.

Flintshire Mind is a member of Flintshire Voluntary Council, a member of Unllais and has representation on the Flintshire Mental Health Strategic Planning Group.

We are committed to the involvement of members in the decision making process, the running of services and supporting user run groups including self-help.
